    What are the borders of Braeside? 24th Street SW to the west, 14th Street SW to the east, Anderson Road SW to the south, and Southland Drive SW to the north. Home prices range from $350,000 to $550,000 roughly and there are 2,544 residences in the community as a whole, with a population of 5,940 in 2012.

    There is a bus stop at 24th Street W and Braeside Drive, on route 80. The Southland station is the closest for Braeside residents, while the CTrain runs parallel to the community. However, no CTrain stations are located close by.

    Parks & Recreation
    To the north is Tom Brook Athletic Park, to the west is Oakfield Park, and inside the Braeside community is Braeside Park, in addition to various green spaces.

    The Canyon Meadows Golf Club to the south is a big draw for Braeside residents with 200 acres of prime golfing grounds maintained since 1957. To be admitted one must apply and be accepted before playing at the club. The Canyon Meadows Shopping Centre and Woodpark Shopping Centre take care of all the shopping needs of Braeside residents.

    Schools include John Ware Junior High and Braeside Elementary School.
